Do I get charged for a quote?
No. Tell us about your project, and we will try to arrange a visit. For smaller jobs, we may be able to provide a budget over the phone.
Do I have to provide my own materials?
If you can, it will save you time and money. Otherwise, we are happy to source your materials.
Will your tradesman turn up on time?
We will book a one hour arrival window, so for example, we might say your tradesman will arrive between 10:00 and 11:00.
But sometimes road conditions are difficult, so we need this flexibility to avoid disappointing our customers.
What happens is we are not happy with your work?
Thankfully,this is a rare occurrence.
If it happens, you should contact us and let us know the problem and make sure to try and fix it. It is important to us that you come back to us for your next job.
Is there a cancellation charge?
We operate a strict 48 hour cancellation policy – cancellations given less than 48 hours, otherwise you will be asked to pay a fee.
Ideally, we’d like to avoid this so we can prioritise other jobs in the area. If you need to cancel, please let us know ASAP.
What if I need a service that isn’t mentioned on your website?

Is there a shopping time charge?
No.
